Dexero is an IT company that specialize in developing Web applications that simplify complex business processes. Dexero was founded in 2008 by Jean de Ladurantaye, Yan Bouchard, Stéphane Miousse and Cédric Parent by the acquisition of Intellogix Inc. assets.

Intellogix Inc. primary focus was developing innovative Web applications and services that became known for their simplicity, flexibility and competitive pricing.

Dexero is now expending its presence on global markets with new versions of Dexero FD and Dexero eCommerce.

By leveraging state of the art open source technologies and adhering to industry standards Dexero's solutions are accessible to a wider customer base, and can be integrated to virtually any IT ecosystems. Dexero FD and Dexero eCommerce are both offered as Software as a Service (shared or dedicated hosting) and as a software (hosted by the customer).
