Dexero was founded in June 2000 by the Université Laval and Zone Université Laval under the name Intellogix then acquired by Jean de Ladurantaye, Yan Bouchard, Stephane Miousse and Cedric Parent in 2008. For 10 years, Dexero has developed a kit of Internet products and services that are distinguished by their simplicity, speed of implementation, flexibility and range of very competitive price. His team combines operational expertise position in many technologies, mainly in open source technologies, having helped develop innovative solutions in the field of information management, creation of electronic forms and ecommerce.

Dexero is now expending its presence on global markets with new versions of Dexero FD and Dexero eCommerce.

By leveraging state of the art open source technologies and adhering to industry standards Dexero's solutions are accessible to a wider customer base, and can be integrated to virtually any IT ecosystems. Dexero FD and Dexero eCommerce are both offered as Software as a Service (shared or dedicated hosting) and as a software (hosted by the customer). This unique approach allows us to better meet the needs of SMEs and large organizations.
