How do you calculate the number of questions?
With Dexero FD Cloud, your Plan is defined by the number of questions you will use in your forms. It's the total number of questions collecting answers that are included in the calculation. The limit is not by form but for your entire Dexero FD account. If you create a variable, it will also be included as a question even if you don't display the results in the form.
How do you calculate the number of answers?
Whenever a respondent completes and submit a form, each field that was answered counts as one response. If you have a form with 10 questions and 1000 respondents, 10000 answers will be calculated in your Plan.
How do you calculate the number of administrator account?
One Administrator Account is included with all Plan. It is needed to access the administration panel of FD to create forms and manage datas. When your Plan is activated, a first Admin Account is created. With this account, you will be able to create other accounts up to the limit of your Plan.
How do you calculate the disk space?
Disk space is needed if you use a File upload field inside your form. You can limit the file sizes uploaded by the properties of the field.
What is the Webservice option?
If you want to access your forms or your datas by the webservice layer, you need to include this option in your Plan. The limitation is based on the number of request per hour.
What is the number of card account?
Card Accounts are usefull for the following kind of use :
- Electronic voting. Each person who can vote will have a login to his voting card.
- Directory. Each person of the directory can have an access to his card so he can modify it by himself.
